Job Title: Interior Architect (Female)

Location: Gwarinpa, Abuja (FCT)
Employment Type: Full-time

Description 

• We are seeking a creative and technically skilled interior architect to join our team. You will be responsible for designing functional and aesthetically pleasing interior spaces, ensuring they meet building codes and client needs.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with clients to understand their vision, space requirements, and budget.
• Develop innovative and functional interior design concepts, including space planning, furniture layout, and material selection.
• Create detailed construction drawings and specifications for interior elements, such as walls, ceilings, floors, and millwork.
• Conduct site surveys and measure existing spaces for accurate design implementation.
• Research and select materials, finishes, and furnishings that meet aesthetic, functional, and budgetary requirements.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other construction professionals to ensure designs comply with building codes and regulations.
• Prepare construction documents and assist with project bidding processes.
• Oversee the construction process to ensure adherence to design plans and specifications.
• Manage project budgets and timelines.
• Create presentations and reports to effectively communicate design concepts to clients and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Interior Architecture or a related field (e.g., Architecture, Design).
• Minimum 5 years of experience working as an Interior Architect.
• Strong understanding of architectural principles, space planning, and building codes.
• Excellent knowledge of construction materials, finishes, and furniture.
• Proficient in 3D modeling and design software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp).
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and presentation skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Salary
N200,000 - N300,000 monthly.
