Job Description

• We are hiring sales designer whose duty is to create, present and sell concepts and design solutions to our clients through 3D presentation and Animations

Responsibilities

• Developing Furniture design concepts from client requirements.
• Present and sell concepts and design solutions to our clients through 3D presentation and Animations.
• Close projects efficiently. support the project team on rectifying snags and wrapping up projects as quickly as possible.
• Respond effectively to complex questions and troubleshoot problems, whilst working and switching between various projects
• Contributing to setting the internal design standards and guidelines, ensure they are implemented by the team.
• Employ design concepts into functional prototypes
• Perform research on Interior technologies and structures to implement into design concepts
• Maintain up to date on current industry trends and market conditions
• Coordinate with designers to ensure accurate communication and efficiency in the design phase
• Modify and revise existing designs to meet customer expectations
• Visiting job sites to analyze space availability, design needs and the purpose of the space
• Attending client meetings to understand the design needs and client preferences regarding interior styles and colors.

Requirements

• BSc / HND in Interior Design or related fields are highly welcome.
• Minimum of 5 years working experience
• Preferably at least 2 years working experience in sales interior design
• Have passion in Design and creative in Interior Design.
• Independent with sales and target driven mindset.
• Positive attitude and takes pride in your work.
• Responsible & Reliable.
• Customer-oriented with excellent communication skills.
• Proficiency in design software tools like AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, 3D Studio Max, or similar applications.

Salary
N180,000 Monthly.
