Job Description:

• We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced FMCG Distribution Marketer to join our team.
• The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic marketing plans to drive distribution of our fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) products.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute marketing strategies to increase distribution of FMCG products.
• Collaborate with sales teams to identify distribution opportunities and implement effective marketing campaigns.
• Conduct market research to identify consumer trends and competitor activities.
• Analyze sales data and market feedback to optimize distribution strategies.
• Manage relationships with distributors and retailers to ensure effective product placement and availability.
• Develop promotional materials and campaigns to support distribution efforts.
• Monitor and report on the performance of distribution marketing activities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
• Proven experience in FMCG distribution marketing and field Marketing.
• Strong understanding of distribution channels and retail operations.
• Excellent analytical and strategic thinking skills.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and marketing analytics tools.
