We are recruiting to fill the position below:
Job Title: Quality Assurance Officer
Locations: Ago Palace, Magboro and Surulere - Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Key Responsibilities
- Assist and help maintain compliance with various quality related services including but not limited to CGMP, environmental monitoring, sanitation, HACCP.
- Assist in quality assurance and quality control services from receiving to delivery of product
- Conducting GMP, Safety, Food Safety and Pre-Operational inspections
- Document control and record keeping of daily paperwork
- Document food safety standards
- Serve as back-up to Quality Assurance Manager in the outlet.
- Assist and participate in auditing programs
Position Requirements
- First Degree in Food related disciplines
- HACCP Certification would be an added advantae
- 2 years of Quality Assurance experience
- Labeling experience a plus
Salary
N80,000 - N100,000/ Month.
