It is a talent hunt reality TV show targeted towards the shaping of the teenagers in the Nigerian environment into global leaders and role models.

- Source for Teenagers across Lagos to register for Teens Ambassador 2015, and plan the event from first audition to last audition, reasonable commission will be paid based on performance and a standard fixed rate Salary.
Requirements
- Minimum of SSCE/OND.
- 0 to 2 years.
- Excellent Communication, Presentation and prospecting skills.
- Meeting goals and targets of the organization.
- High self esteem and impressive charisma.
