Job Description

• We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to join our team as an Account Officer. The Account Officer will be responsible for managing financial transactions, maintaining accurate records, and assisting with financial reporting.

Responsibilities

• Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes.
• Process invoices, expense reports, and other financial documents.
• Reconcile bank statements and ensure accuracy of financial records.
• Prepare and maintain financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
• Assist with budget preparation and monitoring.
• Analyze financial data and provide insights to support decision-making.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
• Assist with audits and other financial investigations as needed.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Proven experience in accounting or finance role.
• Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
