Job Title: Operations Manager

Location: Abuja (FCT)
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Description
As the Operations Manager, you will play a role in overseeing the daily activities of our furniture manufacturing company. Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

• Coordinating production schedules to meet deadlines and quality standards
• Managing inventory levels and procurement of materials
• Supervising and training staff members across various departments
• Implementing efficient operational procedures to optimize productivity
• Ensuring compliance with safety regulations and quality control measures
• Collaborating with other departments to streamline processes and enhance efficiency
• Identifying areas for improvement and implementing strategies for continuous enhancement.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or Higher National Diploma (HND) in a relevant field of engineering (e.g., Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering)
• Detail-oriented individual with a keen eye for precision and quality
• Minimum of 2 years' experience in furniture manufacturing
• Experience in construction site management is preferred
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Proficiency in relevant software applications (e.g., ERP systems, Microsoft Office suite).
