Job Title: General Manager / Managing Director

Description
- We are looking for someone capable enough to lead the total organization restructure based in Lagos, Nigeria. The company has a vision to be an industry leader and requires significant restructure.
- You will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the business including (but not limited to) strategic planning and daily management to achieve growth and expansion in all branches.
Requirements
- MSc/MA in Business Management/Business Administration/Property Management or other relevant fields (Attach a copy of qualifications)
- A minimum of 10 years of work experience in a related field or 6 years of experience as a General Manager/Managing Director is required.
- Experience in rebranding/modernisation of a company
- Understanding of the Nigerian Real estate market, Hospitality industry trends
- The ability to restructure, manage and organise operational procedures
- Problem-solving aptitude and good communication, collaboration, and delegation skills
- Working knowledge of human resources processes
