Role and Responsibilities
Finance:

• Ensure full accountability of unshipped stocks & Outstanding with requisite controls; reporting exceptions on daily, weekly and monthly basis
• Ensure appropriate control to expose Driver shortages on daily basis with appropriate reports to the accountant for sanctions for defaulters
• Ensure appropriate reconciliations and analysis of trade returns with requisite recommendations to the accountant
• Drive through the established procedures & Policy for Sub-Standard product Sales & reconciliations
• Ensure a process of daily review and reconciliation of Order to sales cycle with full accountability of all invoices emanating from the Cash Office through functional reconciliation of sales invoices/dispatch records/security validation and ensure their full validations and postings into then ERP
• Performs regular cycle stock counts of Finished Goods and ensure proper reconciliation of Opening stocks, Production of Finished Goods, Closing Stocks of Finished Goods for both day and night shifts; establishing shot/overs as may be applicable
• Tracking the movement of Finished Goods in & out of the Bakery for proper reconciliation and tracking of number of loaves taken as staff bread
• Ensure oversight supervisory responsibility on the Product dispatchers to enable flawless establishment of unsupplied invoices and customer service-related issues
• Other analytical responsibilities & reporting as may be assigned by the Accountant.

Salary
N100,000 - N120,000 / month.
