Locations: Oyo, Anambra, and Kano

Job Description

  • As a Junior Business Development Officer, you will play a pivotal role in identifying and nurturing business opportunities to support our company's growth objectives.
  • You will work closely with the sales and marketing teams to drive revenue generation and establish lasting relationships with clients.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct market research to identify potential clients, industry trends, and competitor strategies.
  • Generate leads through various channels
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and offering solutions tailored to their requirements.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to assist in the preparation of proposals and presentations.
  • Manage and update the sales pipeline, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.
  • Prepare regular reports on business development activities and outcomes.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets and objectives to contribute to the company's growth.
  • Provide feedback on market conditions, customer feedback, and product enhancements to the management team.

Skills and Requirements

  • Candidates should possess HND / B.Sc Degrees with 2 - 3 years relevant work experience in business development selling financial services and building B2B allainces across relevant sectors.
  • Ability to work independently and be self-motivated as well as being a strong team player with excellent interpersonal skills
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales and revenue targets.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
