We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Regional Route to Consumer Assistant Manager

Location: Nigeria

Purpose of the Job

• Develop and execute route-to-market strategies at the regional level. Working closely with the Sales team, consumer insights and customer marketing teams as well as our trade partners.
• This role significantly contributes to the achievement of FMN’s commercial objectives in the B2C market.

The Job

• Own the distributor development and route-to-market strategies for the purpose of achieving commercial objectives and meeting sales targets in assigned region.
• Manage and lead the implementation of the agreed RTC initiatives at regional level as defined by sales leadership team.
• Identify, develop new channels in an assigned region based on commercial evaluations and organizational objectives of the business unit.
• Develop an implementation plan for each agreed initiative and gain alignment from the regional sales leadership for effective implementation.
• Ensure that all retail redistribution operations are in line with the agreed SOP. Take corrective action where this is not the case.

Qualifications

• B.Sc / HND in Accounting or related field.
• At least 4 years experience in sales management.

The Person Must:

• Have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Possess analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Thrives on innovative thinking and the exploration of diverse perspectives that go beyond the usual norms.
• Strong organizational skills and an ability to meet timelines in a disciplined manner.
• Strong IT and numerical skills, particularly in MS Excel & PowerPoint.
