  • The ideal candidate will support the full scope of Human Resources responsibilities and partner with the organization on strategic initiatives.
  • They will maintain and enhance the organization's human resources by planning, implementing, and evaluating human resources policies, programs, and practices, playing a pivotal role in cultivating a positive and inclusive workplace culture, managing talent acquisition, and implementing HR strategies aligned with the company’s goals.

Successful applicants will ideally have to
Talent Acquisition and Recruitment:

  • Lead the recruitment process, collaborating with department heads to identify staffing needs. 
  • Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to attract top-tier talent. 
  • Conduct interviews, assess candidates, and manage the overall hiring process. 

Employee Relations:

  • Foster a positive work environment by addressing employee concerns and resolving conflicts. 
  • Implement employee engagement initiatives to enhance morale and team cohesion. 

Performance Management:

  • Develop and oversee performance management systems, ensuring alignment with company objectives. 
  • Provide guidance on career development and facilitate performance reviews. 

Training and Development:

  • Identify training needs and coordinate employee development programs. 
  • Support the growth of employees through continuous learning initiatives. 

HR Policies and Compliance:

  • Develop and enforce HR policies and procedures in compliance with local regulations. 
  • Keep abreast of employment laws and industry best practices. 

 Benefits Administration:

  • Manage employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other perks. 
  • Ensure accurate and timely administration of benefits. 

HR Metrics and Reporting:

  • Compile and analyze HR metrics to provide insights for strategic decision-making. 
  • Generate reports on HR-related activities and trends. 

Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion:

  • Promote a diverse and inclusive workplace, developing initiatives to support diversity and equity. 
  • Implement strategies to enhance the company’s inclusivity and cultural awareness. 

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. 
  • Proven 5 years experience as an HR Manager, preferably in the fintech or tech industry. 
  • In-depth knowledge of HR principles, practices, and employment laws. 
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills. 
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion. 
  • HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP or HRCI) is a plus.
  • Excellent recruiting and demonstrated ability to improve talent acquisition strategies.
  • Strong organizational and critical thinking skills. 
  • Attention to detail and good judgment.
