Job Title: Customer Service Representative - Real Estate (Female)

Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients inquiring about real estate properties, addressing their queries and concerns professionally and promptly.
- Conduct outbound telemarketing calls to potential clients, presenting available properties and promoting real estate services.
- Collaborate with real estate agents to schedule property inspections and facilitate the buying or renting process for clients.
- Conduct property inspections when required, ensuring thorough knowledge of the features and specifications of listed properties.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions, transactions, and property details in the CRM system.
- Assist in coordinating open houses and property showings, ensuring a positive and informative experience for prospective buyers or renters.
- Follow up with clients to gather feedback and address any post-inspection inquiries, maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Stay informed about local real estate market trends, pricing, and regulations to provide accurate information to clients.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to contribute to promotional materials and campaigns.
- Work closely with other team members to achieve collective goals and objectives.
Requirements
- High school diploma; additional qualifications in real estate or customer service is a plus.
- Female candidate residing on Victoria Island, Lagos
- Proven experience in customer service and telemarketing, preferably in the real estate industry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to conduct property inspections and provide detailed property information.
- Familiarity with CRM software and basic computer proficiency.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Knowledge of local real estate market trends and regulations.
- Valid driver's license for property inspections.
- Positive attitude, adaptability, and a customer-centric approach.

Salary
N50,000 - N60,000 / month.
