Job Title: Ticketing Officer

Location: Abuja (FCT)

Job Summary

• We are seeking to fill the position of Ticketing Officer in the Transportation sector which provides Transportation services for intercity/interstate travelers in Nigeria.

Responsibilities

• Arrange reservations and routing for passengers at the request of the Ticket Agent.
• Make and confirm transportation reservations using telephones, mail and computers.
• Answer inquiries regarding information such as schedules, procedures, and policies.
• Inform clients of essential travel information, such as travel times.
• Prepare customer invoices and accept payment.
• Plans route and computes ticket cost using schedules, rate books and computers.
• Answers inquiries.
• Determine whether space is available on travel dates requested by the customer.

Requirements and Skills

• OND / HND / B.Sc in any field.
• Minimum of 1 year work experience.
• Basic computer proficiency.
• Data entry experience
• Working knowledge of Office equipment, such as copiers, and scanners.
• Knowledge of the industry.
• Good Marketing and communication skills.

Salary

• N50,000 monthly.
