Job Description

• Bank and Partner Activities
• Relationship Management with financial partners (Bank's, Finance Houses, etc).
• Bank and account operations activities with partners.
• Manage transaction costing with partners.
• Monthly rate guide advise.
• Investment advise preparation and payout schedule update.
• Compute, advise on Liquidity position and set the monthly cost of fund.
• Asset, Liability and Liquidity management
• Fund management and planning for disbursement requirement and expense requirements.
• Investment of and risk management for excess liquidity.
• Monitor FX liquidity exposure in line with market.
• Set performance requirements for margin, reserve, cash, collection and liquidity parameters in line with Exec.
• Set FX trigger point to monitor devaluation and its cost on capital.
• Manage collection schedule (in partnership with risk and portfolio management).
• Corporate Finance
• Deal origination for fundraising- banks, Finance Houses, corporations, etc.
• Documentation preparation to support deal origination. Support growth team to on front end deal orignation (when necessary).

Reporting and Compliance:

• Weekly preparation of finance report.
• Financial Reporting/Bank Reconciliation.
• Ensure set parameters and KPI's are complied.
• Monitor, report and advise of mitigant on Interest Rate Risk, liquidity risk and FX risk.
