Job Description

• Our client is seeking a dynamic and versatile individual to join their team in the dual role of HR/Sales Associate to expand their client base

Job Responsibilities

• Able to identify and reach out to potential clients interested in HR consulting services.
• Computer savvy and versatile in Internet research, data gathering , analysis and presentation
• Have a basic understanding of email marketing and running social media marketing campaigns.
• Act as a primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and ensuring satisfaction with offered services.
• Assist in delivering HR consulting services, such as talent acquisition, performance management, corporate training, etc.
• Collaborate with the colleagues to develop and implement customized performance solutions for clients.

Qualifications and Experience

• B.Sc. / B.A. / HND
• 2 years’ experience in management consulting environment
• Ability to work hybrid with team members
• Should be resident within Yaba Axis.

Salary
N80,000 - N100,000 Monthly.
