Job Title: Senior Accountant

Job Description
- Manage and oversee all accounting operations including accounts receivable, accounts payable, general ledger, and payroll.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant accounting standards and regulations, including GAAP and IFRS.
- Prepare financial statements, reports, and budgets on a regular basis for management and external stakeholders.
- Coordinate and lead the annual financial audit process.
- Analyze financial data and provide strategic recommendations to improve financial performance and efficiency.
- Supervise and mentor junior accounting staff.
- Collaborate with other departments to support business objectives and initiatives.
- Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and best practice.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degrees in Accounting or Finance.
- CPA or equivalent certification preferred.
- Minimum of 10 years of progressive accounting experience, preferably in the pharmaceutical or related industries.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, practices, and regulations.
- Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
