Job Summary
- The Management Information System (MIS) Officer prepares and present central reports on the whole fleets for daily operations meeting and deliberations.
- The management Information system (MIS) officer is the custodian of information of the fleets.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
- Prepare/compute operations dashboard on daily basis and present for daily operations meeting
- Daily monitoring of performance for the fleets base on Turn Around Time (TAT)
- Daily highlight of operational and non-operational trend
- Daily presentation of plant dispatch viz as viz tipper dispatch
- Analysis of control reports on daily basis for fleets consumption
- Others operation assignments as need arises.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree / HND in any discipline
- Must have 2 to 5 years similar work experience
- Must have excellent negotiating skills
- Must have excellent communication and people skills
- Must have relationship management skills
