Job Requirements
- HND / B.Sc in Office Management, Public Administration, Business Administration or any relevant discipline.
- Must have worked in a School of good repute in an administrative capacity.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
- Excellent records management skills.
- Proven records of Procurement skills
- Excellent Event Planning Skills
- Proven track records of vendor and project management
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to addressing facility-related challenges.
- Must be polite and have a friendly disposition.
- Experience with office management software like MS Office (MS Excel and MS Word, specifically)
- Solid knowledge of office procedures
- Strong organization skills with a problem-solving attitude
- Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and under-pressure.
- Proximity to the job location is Key.
