We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Quality Officer (Diagnostic Sector)

Locations: Garki, Wuse, Karu, Abuja (FCT) and Ikeja, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Responsibilities

• Quality Assurance and Control program compliance with ISO 15189 standard in ensuring precision and accuracy in Laboratory practice.
• Proficiency testing skills which are properly followed, reviewed and corrective actions always taken in a case of an incidence.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Clinical Laboratory diagnostic skills in automation and good pipette skills.
• Computer competency in MS word, excel, PowerPoint and other data analysis packages.
• Effective communication and reporting skills.
• Knowledge in Laboratory technical auditing and process improvement.
• Analyze data from quality testing to identify areas for improvement in the quality system, including troubleshooting product or process failures.
• Facilitate corrective actions and improvement strategies for non-conformances and quality issues identified during internal or external audits.
• Validate quality processes by establishing product specifications and quality attributes, measuring production, documenting evidence, and determining operational and performance qualification.

Requirements

• Minimum of B.MLS in or any Science related course.
• Minimum of 3 years experience in the health sector.
• Experience in ISO Certification.
