Job Description
- Develop and maintain important client connections, leading to a first-quarter 15% increase in customer satisfaction and retention.
- Establish and preserve a solid rapport with influential decision-makers.
- Lead business growth projects, looking into new markets and sources of income within the sector.
- Work together with marketing departments to increase brand awareness and lead generation.
- Work together with internal teams and project managers to make sure that projects are delivered successfully.
- Serve as a point of contact for internal teams and clients, guaranteeing alignment and effective communication.
- Oversee contract discussions for clients, guaranteeing advantageous conditions for the client and the business.
- Work together to complete agreements with the finance and legal departments.
- Remain up-to-date on market developments, rivalry, and new technological advancements.
- Make use of market intelligence to improve client connections and service offerings.
- Collaborate with marketing, operations, and finance teams to ensure seamless integration of sales and business development strategies.
