Description

• Our client is in need of an Affiliate Marketing Manager who will be pivotal in expanding the affiliate network and optimizing performance to drive revenue growth of the company.

Key Responsibilities

• Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing affiliates.
• Identify and recruit new affiliates to expand the affiliate network.
• Negotiate and implement affiliate agreements to ensure mutually beneficial partnerships.
• Analyze and optimize affiliate performance to maximize revenue and ROI.
• Monitor key metrics, track conversions, and identify areas for improvement.
• Implement strategies to enhance affiliate traffic quality and conversion rates.
• Collaborate with marketing teams to provide affiliates with up-to-date marketing materials.
• Ensure that affiliates have access to a variety of creative assets to enhance promotional efforts.
• Generate regular reports on affiliate performance, analyzing data to identify trends and opportunities.
• Provide actionable insights to internal teams based on performance analysis.
• Stay informed about industry regulations and ensure affiliate activities comply with legal and ethical standards.
• Implement measures to mitigate risks associated with affiliate marketing activities.
• Act as the main point of contact for affiliates, addressing inquiries and providing timely support.
• Communicate effectively with internal teams to align marketing strategies with overall business goals.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of proven experience in affiliate marketing within the betting or gaming industry.
• In-depth knowledge of affiliate marketing strategies and tactics.
• Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
• Familiarity with tracking tools, analytics platforms, and affiliate management systems.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Understanding of industry regulations and compliance standards.
