Job Description

• Our client is looking to hire a motivated Relationship Executive with a focus on sponsorship expertise.
• This role involves cultivating and managing relationships with existing members, attracting new partners, and overseeing sponsorship initiatives to drive our mission forward.

Responsibilities
Membership Engagement:

• Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with current company members.
• Identify opportunities to enhance the value proposition for existing members.
• Coordinate membership events and activities to foster a sense of community.

Partnership Development:

• Research and identify potential partners aligned with comapny's goals.
• Develop and implement strategies to attract new partnerships.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to create mutually beneficial partnerships.

Sponsorship Management:

• Drive sponsorship initiatives to support company programs and projects.
• Develop sponsorship proposals and presentations for potential partners.
• Ensure timely and accurate delivery of sponsorship commitments.

Communication:

• Communicate the company's mission and impact effectively to potential partners.
• Collaborate with the communications team to highlight sponsorship successes.

Reporting:

• Maintain accurate records of memberships and partnerships.
• Generate regular reports on sponsorship activities and outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field.
• 2-3 years experience in membership management and partnership development.
• Demonstrated success in securing sponsorships for events or initiatives.

Must Have Skills:

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment
