Description

• We are looking to hire a vibrant young professional to work in our operations department as the junior financial analyst

Key Responsibilities

• Preparing monthly, quarterly and annual statements (balance sheets and income statements);
• Performing periodic financial analysis and reconciling financial discrepancies;
• Auditing financial information;
• Reporting expense and weekly cash flow;
• Preparing management report;
• Tracking receivables and payables accounts via ageing report;
• Maintain asset register;
• Monthly pension remittance;
• Book-keeping and journal entries;
• Generating invoices;
