Job Description

• Are you an experienced and highly skilled Accountant seeking a new opportunity in the dynamic field of real estate and construction? Look no further! We are currently seeking a talented Accountant to join our growing team.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, examine, and analyze financial records, statements, and reports
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards, laws, and regulations
• Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes
• Manage project finances, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control
• Prepare and review financial reports for ongoing construction projects
• Monitor project expenses, ensuring adherence to budgetary guidelines
• Perform month-end and year-end closing activities
• Prepare and present financial statements and reports to management
• Conduct financial analysis to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement
• Assist in budget preparation and financial forecasting
• Collaborate with internal teams to support financial decision-making
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records and documentation
• Utilize accounting software and spreadsheets to manage financial data
• Provide financial advice and support to management when needed

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience as an Accountant in the real estate and construction industry
• Experience: Minimum of 5 years
• Age Limit: Not more than 40 years
• Certification: Professional Accounting Certification
• Professional accounting certification (e.g., ACA, ACCA, CPA, CMA)
• Excellent knowledge of Excel and other accounting software
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Attention to detail and accuracy in financial reporting
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills
• Proven ability to work in a team-oriented environment
• Knowledge of relevant accounting standards and regulations
