Job Title: Administrative Officer

Locations: Garki, Abuja
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary

  • We are urgently recruiting for an Administrative Officer to join our firm client team to support its daily office procedures.
  • The person will be responsible for Administrative support the daily office procedures and ensure the administrative activities run smoothly on a daily and long-term basis.

Job Responsibilities

  • Manage office supplies stock and place orders.
  • Prepare regular reports on expenses and office budgets.
  • Maintain and update company databases.
  • Organize a filing system for important and confidential company documents.
  • Answer queries by employees and clients.
  • Update office policies as needed.
  • Maintain a company calendar and schedule appointments.
  • Distribute and store correspondence (e.g. letters, emails and packages).
  • Prepare reports and presentations with statistical data, as assigned.

Requirements

  • University Degree in Management Sciences.
  • Applicants must resides in Abuja
  • 5+ years' experience of working on Administrator or other similar position.
  • Demonstrate excellent level of oral and written communication of English.
  • Excellent knowledge of Computer skills.
  • Demonstrate team spirit, good interpersonal and conflict management skills.
  • Integrity and confidentiality.
  • Interpersonal and time management skills.
