Job Title: Event Manager

Location: Ikeja, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Summary of Responsibilities

• Ensure that sales Target are met and Event are well planned and successful

Main Functions

• Bringing in new client and maintaining good relationship with the old ones. Create and collate customer database
• Planning and coordinating outdoor catering events
• Creating and managing budgets for events, ensuring that they are within the limits set by the clients.
• Managing relationships with vendors and suppliers, negotiating contracts and ensuring delivery of goods and services.
• Coordinating staffing needs for events, including hiring, training, and scheduling of event staff.
• Ensuring compliance with food safety regulations and licensing requirements.
• Providing exceptional customer service to clients, addressing their concerns and meeting their needs.
• To ensure compliance on all event standard needs and serve as a feedback mechanism on the operations of the business and collate feedback on every event/service which will be used as to correct and develop the staff and the business as a whole on what others are doing.
