Description 

  • As the Head of the Pharmaceutical Business Unit, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and driving the success of our newly established pharmaceutical arm. This is a unique opportunity for a seasoned professional with entrepreneurial strengths, unwavering integrity, and a proven track record in marketing and business development.

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute a comprehensive strategy for the pharmaceutical unit, aligning with the overall goals and objectives of the company.
  • Entrepreneurial Strength: Demonstrate a strong entrepreneurial mindset, identifying innovative opportunities and driving the unit's growth in a competitive market.
  • Integrity: Uphold the highest ethical standards in all business dealings, fostering a culture of integrity, transparency, and compliance within the pharmaceutical unit.
  • Marketing Ability: Lead and oversee the development of effective marketing strategies, ensuring the successful promotion and positioning of pharmaceutical products in the market.
  • Marketing Experience: Leverage your proven track record of success in pharmaceutical marketing to guide the unit's marketing team, driving brand awareness and market share.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field
  • Proven experience in a leadership role within the pharmaceutical industry
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in pharmaceutical leadership roles.
  • Strong entrepreneurial mindset with a track record of successfully launching and growing pharmaceutical businesses.
  • Demonstrated integrity and commitment to ethical business practices.
  • In-depth understanding of pharmaceutical marketing, with a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience.
  • Excellent strategic thinking and decision-making skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities, with the capacity to build and lead high-performance teams.
