Job Description

• We are looking for a skilled Mechanical Engineer/Technician with two to five years of experience to join our team in the packaging/manufacturing industry.
• The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and improving our mechanical systems to ensure efficient production processes.
• This role will involve working closely with the production team to optimize equipment performance and minimize downtime.

Responsibilities

• Overseeing the packaging process for mono-cartons, cartons, and corrugated cartons
• Maintaining and troubleshooting packaging machinery to minimize downtime
• Implementing improvements to enhance packaging efficiency and quality
• Collaborating with the production team to meet packaging requirements
• Conducting regular inspections of packaging equipment and systems
• Ensuring compliance with safety standards and regulations
• Documenting packaging procedures and maintaining accurate records
• Assisting in the installation and setup of new packaging equipment

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
• Two to five years of experience in packaging
• Proficiency in operating and maintaining packaging machinery
• Strong knowledge of packaging processes and materials
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Familiarity with industry standards and best practices in packaging.
