Job Title: Transport Manager
Location: Mayo-Belwa, Adamawa

Description
- Developing and implementing transportation policies and procedures
- Analyzing transportation data and performance metrics to identify areas for improvement
- Collaborating with other departments, such as logistics, procurement, and customer service, to ensure seamless transportation operations
- Plan and coordinate the movement of goods, vehicles, and drivers
- Create and manage transportation schedules
- Monitor and maintain accurate records of vehicle maintenance and repairs
- Negotiate transportation contracts with third-party providers
- Manage and supervise drivers and other transport staff
- Ensure compliance with transportation regulations and laws
- Continuously monitor and improve transportation processes to increase efficiency and reduce costs
- Communicate with customers and other departments to coordinate deliveries
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of vehicle maintenance staff, providing guidance, training, and support as needed.
- Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards in vehicle maintenance operations.
- Collaborate with other departments, such as operations to ensure seamless coordination and efficient use of vehicles.
