We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Site Deputy Manager

Location: Niger
Employment Type: Full-time

Description

  • Organizing on-site construction according to the project plan facilitates effective management of project personnel and coordination among various departments involved.
  • Responsible for project production, quality, cost, and safety management while implementing efficient HSE practices.
  • Proficient in communicating with clients and consultants during the construction period to coordinate relationships with different stakeholders.
  • Adhering to company regulations and fulfilling other assigned tasks by the project.
  • Fixed work location, but business trips may be required.

Requirements

  • Individuals aged between 35 and 45 with backgrounds in civil engineering, engineering management, or project management.
  • Preference will be given to candidates holding certifications such as COREN, HSE, and PMP.
  • Proficiency in computer usage and English business correspondence writing skills are required.
  • Candidates should have over 10 years of experience in road and bridge construction, including at least 5 years of project management experience.
  • Demonstrate strong skills in planning, execution, coordination, and interpersonal communication.
  • Essential qualities include pro-activeness, teamwork, strategic thinking, and a strong sense of responsibility.
  • The position requires long-term work in NIGER state.
