Job Title: Nurse Anaesthetist

Location: Warri, Delta

Job Summary

  • We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Nurse Anesthetist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for administering anesthesia and providing care to patients undergoing surgical procedures.
  • They should possess exceptional clinical skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to patient safety and comfort.

Key Result Areas (KRA)

  • Administer anesthesia to patients undergoing surgical procedures.
  • Monitor patient vital signs and adjust anesthesia levels as necessary.
  • Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
  • Provide pre-operative and post-operative care to patients.
  • Educate patients and their families about anesthesia procedures and post-operative care instructions.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed patient records.

The Person

  • Minimum academic qualification of a Nurse Anaesthetist
  • 2-3 years and above relevant work experience in the health sector.
  • Possession of BLS and ACLS training certificate is an added advantage
  • Registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Council of Nigeria and must be licensed to practice as Registered Nurse and Registered Nurse Anaesthetist
  • Possess high degree of accuracy and attention to details.
  • Knowledge of Infection control practices.
  • Excellent clinical judgment and critical thinking skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Commitment to upholding the highest standards of patient care and safety.

Remuneration

  • Salary in line with industry standard.
