Job Title: Senior Team Lead - Conferences

Location: Ikoyi, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Work schedule: Monday - Friday

Position Overview

• As a Media House Manager, you will be responsible for planning, organizing, and executing conferences and events relatable with a media organization.
• Your role will involve coordinating with internal teams, external stakeholders, and vendors to ensure the successful execution of conferences that align with the company's objectives.
• You will be responsible for managing all aspects of the conference, from initial planning to post-event evaluation.

Requirements

• MBA, Bachelor's Degree in Event Management, Marketing, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
• Proven experience in planning and managing conferences or large- scale events, preferably in the media industry.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent organizational and attention to detail skills.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills to work collaboratively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
• Budgeting and financial management skills.

Salary
