Position Overview
- We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Officer to join our team.
- The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing daily administrative activities, managing office supplies, coordinating meetings, and providing support to various departments as needed.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage in-house and external events.
- Attend to staffs requests.
- Coordinate meetings and appointments, including scheduling, sending reminders, and organizing meeting materials.
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as needed
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails and phone calls
- Organize filing system
- Provide administrative support to various departments as required
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
- 3-4 years proven experience as an administrative officer.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Proficient in MS Office Suite and other relevant software
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Salary
N120,000 - N200,000 monthly.
