Description 

  • Strategy and Public Relation Executive Job Description:
  • Supporting the development of long-term organizational strategy.
  • Conducting research and analyses of operational effectiveness, processes, stakeholders, etc.
  • Aligning departmental goals, processes and resource allocation with the organizational strategy.
  • Assessing market trends and competitors.
  • Identifying threats and opportunities.
  • Presenting findings, projections and recommended actions.
  • Planning, implementing and managing proposed recommendations and projects.
  • Monitoring and reporting on projects.
  • Supporting and guiding senior executive decision-making processes.
  • Formulate effective strategies to reduce cost and litigate waste
  • Assist in project development and management
  • Planning and managing business review meetings
  • Collaborate with other team to maintain brand consistency
  • Design and implement social media strategies to align with business goals
  • Suggest and implement new features and ideas to promote brand consistency
  • Oversee management of campaigns
  • Creation, reviewing contents for company’s website and social media platforms.
  • Create actionable plans to both grow and maintain followers on social media platforms
  • Stay up to date with and trends and technology on social media
  • Implementation of new technology
  • Ability to effect change management.
  • Strategy and Public Relations Executive Requirements

Requirements

  • Degree in Business relation or relevant field.
  • 2-5 years post NYSC Experience.
  • Excellent understanding of business operations and procedures.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and planning skills.
  • Outstanding research and analytical abilities.
  • Project management skills.
  • Strong leadership skills.
  • proficient in Microsoft office suite.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to negotiate, confidence, trust and respect.
  • Strong commercial skills and business acumen.

Salary
N150,000 monthly.
