Job Description
- We are currently seeking a highly academically strong and experienced Pharmacist or Pharmacologist to join our team as a Territory Manager.
- In this role, you will play a crucial part in promoting our products, building strong relationships with healthcare professionals, and driving sales within your assigned territory.
Responsibilities
- Effectively promote and communicate the features and benefits of our pharmaceutical products to healthcare professionals, including physicians, pharmacists, and other key stakeholders.
- Develop and implement strategic plans for the assigned territory to achieve sales targets and market share growth.
- Regularly analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities and challenges.
- Collaborate with medical professionals to provide educational support, answer inquiries, and address concerns.
- Conduct training sessions and presentations for healthcare professionals as needed.
- Provide regular reports and updates to the regional sales manager.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key healthcare professionals within the territory.
Qualifications
- B.Pharm or PhD in Pharmacology or any related field from an accredited institution with 2 - 4 years experience
- Previous experience as a pharmaceutical detailer or territory manager is highly desirable.
- Strong academic background with a deep understanding of pharmaceuticals and healthcare.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to analyze data and make strategic decisions.
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently.
- Familiarity with the local healthcare landscape and regulatory requirements.
- Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
