Job Title: Operation Manager
Location: Lekki, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Key Responsibilities
- Oversees the day-to-day operations of the business
- Supports CEO in strategy execution
- Responsible for enshrining a “service mindset” within employees
- Responsible for upholding service standards across all locations
- Ultimately responsible for managing customer experience across all touch points
- Oversees inventory management and bookings across platforms
- Develops and implements customer feedback mechanisms
- Develops and oversees implementation of service delivery initiatives (mystery shopping, customer satisfaction surveys, net promoter score, etc.)
- Develops customer experience reports
- Oversees resolution of customer complaints
- Vendor management (onboarding, evaluation, suspension, de-listing, etc.)
- Oversees sales reporting.
Requirements
- Interested candidates should possess relevant qualifications with 2 - 3 years experience.
