Purpose

• Enhance customer service by reducing downtime and improving service delivery.

Key Results (KPIs)

• Restore service failures within set time frames
• Implement new projects seamlessly
• Provide prompt communication via OTRS
• Execute preventive maintenance on the network
• Support sales with bid documents and technical prep
• Ensure timely project completion and inventory management

Qualifications & Skills

• Academic: Bachelor's in Computer or Electrical Engineering
• Professional: CCNA, CCNP
• Customer-centric, LAN/WAN design, problem-solving
• International collaboration, network device expertise
• Hands-on with protocols, routing, security
• 3+ years in telecom, tech-savvy, teamwork
• Network automation awareness.
