Job Description
- Manage the academy's website, ensuring it is up-to-date, visually appealing, and user-friendly.
- Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy to promote the academy's programs, events, and achievements across various platforms.
- Collaborate with teachers to develop exam questions that align with curriculum standards and reflect the academy's educational objectives.
- Design and implement an exam solution plan, including strategies for addressing student needs and ensuring fair assessment practices.
- Create and maintain a centralized database system to manage student and parent contact information, ensuring data accuracy and confidentiality.
- Supervise subordinate staff members involved in website management, social media marketing, and exam coordination, providing guidance, support, and training as needed.
- Foster positive working relationships with teachers, staff, students, and parents to enhance communication and collaboration within the academy community.
