Job Title: Pre / NYSC Product Designer

Location: Lagos

Position Overview

• We are seeking a talented and motivated Product Designer to join our team.
• As a Product Designer, you will play a key role in shaping the user experience and visual identity of our products from concept to launch.
• You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to translate user needs and business goals into intuitive and visually compelling designs that delight our customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design process for new product features and enhancements, from concept ideation to final implementation.
• Conduct user research, gather feedback, and iterate on designs to ensure they meet user needs and expectations.
• Create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes to communicate design concepts and ideas.
• Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to define project requirements, objectives, and timelines.
• Ensure consistency and coherence across all product touchpoints, including web, mobile, and other platforms.
• Stay up-to-date on design trends, tools, and technologies, and share knowledge and best practices with the team.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in product design, with a portfolio showcasing your design work and process.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, or similar software.
• Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies.
• Excellent visual and UI design skills, with a keen eye for detail and aesthetics.
• Ability to effectively communicate design concepts and ideas to stakeholders at all levels.
• Experience working in agile development environments is a plus.
