Job Description
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and expand customer base.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, networking, and prospecting.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies and delivery of products and services.
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and contracts to prospective clients.
- Negotiate terms and close sales deals following company policies and procedures.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and growth.
- Meet or exceed sales targets.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- Proven experience in sales or business development, preferably in the Media Sector.
- Strong understanding of sales principles and techniques, with a track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients at all levels.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented.
- Great customer service skills.
Salary
N100,000 - N150,000 Monthly.
