Job Title: Head of Marketing (Radio)
Location: Lagos
Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and facilitate annual marketing strategies
- Facilitate and coordinate the creation of all marketing materials, videos, graphics, and photos, and content
- Facilitate and create marketing processes to ensure brand integrity is maintained and managed
- Gather and analyze customer insight
- Identify and create marketing strategies to penetrate new markets, as well as to grow current market
- Provide support and resources to other departments as needed
- Support and promote company’s culture of teamwork and integrity
- Manage marketing plans to align with corporate goals
- Identify and communicate dealership needs, market conditions, competitor trends/programs
- Researching and reporting on external opportunities
- Understanding current and potential customers
- Develop new dashboards and KPIs to help marketing teams report on, and understand the performance of their tactics
Qualifications
- Master's Degree in Marketing or related discipline
- 5+ years of experience executing marketing programs, preferably in an enterprise Media/TV/Radio environment
- Exceptional attention to detail and project management skills
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills, including MS Excel expertise
- Ability to communicate persuasively and influence others
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Street smarts and willingness to roll up your sleeves and do what's necessary
