Job Title: Operations HSE Manager
Location: Kano
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Science, Engineering, or a related field
- HSE Qualification such as NEBOSH General Certificate or equivalent
- At least 5 years' cognitive experience in similar operations
- In-depth knowledge of legislation (e.g., OSHA/EPA) and procedures
- Ability to develop HSE Strategy and deploy trainings and communications
- Proven experience in managing Safety and Process Compliance
- Experience and background in systems and SOP development
- Strategic, analytical, and systems thinking
- Proficiency in data analysis and performance metrics
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
- High level of proficiency in the use of software tools/apps for creating high-level data analysis and reports
- Independent research skills
