A newly established Lubricant Blending Company dully incorporated under the Companies and Allied Matters Act of 1990 at the Corporate Affairs Commission of Nigeria to offer Production and Sales of Lubricant products is recruiting suitable candidates to fill the position below:

Job Title: Operations HSE Manager

Location: Kano

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Science, Engineering, or a related field
• HSE Qualification such as NEBOSH General Certificate or equivalent
• At least 5 years' cognitive experience in similar operations
• In-depth knowledge of legislation (e.g., OSHA/EPA) and procedures
• Ability to develop HSE Strategy and deploy trainings and communications
• Proven experience in managing Safety and Process Compliance
• Experience and background in systems and SOP development
• Strategic, analytical, and systems thinking
• Proficiency in data analysis and performance metrics
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
• High level of proficiency in the use of software tools/apps for creating high-level data analysis and reports
• Independent research skills
