Requirements
- BSc in Science, Technology, or Engineering Degrees; relevant post graduate degree will be an advantage.
- A minimum of 12 years relevant experience in petroleum sector. Should be an achiever with Strong Analytical and Leadership Qualities and Man Management Skills with Handful experience of Heading a SBU as Profit Centre Head
- Proven track record of leading a Team and Achieving Goals.
- Good technical knowhow on lubricants operations, and other petroleum products, Sales, Marketing and technical
- Industry Knowledge
- Conceptually strong frame work of mind
- Good Communication skills & Good Leadership Ability Self-Motivator Winning Instinct & Drive and Innovative thinker Good at Planning & Organizing
- Strong Analytical & Problem solving abilities
- Good Interpersonal skills
- Proficient knowledge and usage of MS Office Package
