Requirements
- Engineering Degree / Diploma, MBA will be an advantage.
- A minimum of 8 years relevant Sales/Marketing experience with a minimum of 5 years in lubricants marketing.
- Experience selling in a high-activity sales environment.
- Leading the growth of Lubricants in the Region, managing personnel and resources under your territory. Responsible for the P&L of the region.
- Numeracy and literacy skills.
- Winning Instinct, Result Orientation.
- High degree of integrity & Sincerity to the job.
- Interpersonal skills.
- Good Understanding of Lubricants & Lubricants Business.
