Requirements
- Degree in Mechanical / Production / Chemical Engineering or related field.
- A minimum of 10 years' relevant experience in a highly demanding manufacturing environment is essential.
- High degree of integrity, sincerity to the job, visionary to understand future business needs, strong interpersonal skills.
- Good knowledge of retail dynamics will be important.
- Excellent Man Management skills.
- Knowledge of the entire lube business operation.
- Ability to understand & troubleshoot PLC equipment.
- In-depth knowledge of Lubricants and raw materials involved.
- Boundary management skills.
- High degree of computer knowledge.
- Ability to work across cultures under challenging situations.
- Strong Analytical & Communications Skills and planning Skill.
- Out of the box thinker.
- Proficient knowledge and usage of MS Office Package.
