A newly established Lubricant Blending Company dully incorporated under the Companies and Allied Matters Act of 1990 at the Corporate Affairs Commission of Nigeria to offer Production and Sales of Lubricant products is recruiting suitable candidates to fill the position below:

Job Title: Product Development Manager

Location: Kano

Requirements

• BSc in Science, Technology, or Engineering Degrees; relevant postgraduate degree will be an advantage.
• A minimum of 9 years' relevant experience in a highly demanding manufacturing environment is essential.
• Good knowledge of retail dynamics will be important.
• The candidate should normally be an Engineer with Marketing and practical experience of selling in the Downstream sector of the Oil industry.
• He must have good interpersonal skills and ability to appreciate data and make reliable judgments therefrom.
• Excellent Knowledge of Equipment Operation and Lubrication System.
• Knowledge of the Chemistry of Additives.
• Excellent Man Management skills.
• Knowledge of the entire lube business operation.
• In-depth knowledge of Lubricants and raw materials involved.
• Ability to work across cultures under challenging situations.
• Strong Analytical & Communications Skills and planning Skill.
• Out of the box thinker.
• Proficient knowledge and usage of MS Office Package.
