Job Description

• The Branch Operations Manager is responsible for the seamless day-to-day operations of a specific consultancy branch, ensuring efficient project delivery and exceptional client service within the construction and real estate sector.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all branch operations, including project management, client relations, marketing, and administrative tasks.
• Develop and implement efficient processes for project intake, bidding, scheduling, and resource allocation.
• Recruit, train, and supervise branch staff, fostering a team environment that prioritizes quality and client satisfaction.
• Monitor project budgets and timelines, identifying and mitigating potential risks.
• Ensure adherence to industry standards, safety regulations, and company policies.
• Manage branch resources effectively, including personnel, equipment, and technology.
• Build strong relationships with clients, understand their needs, and manage expectations.
• Generate reports on branch performance and project metrics, presenting findings to senior management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management, Real Estate, or a related field (preferred).
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction or real estate consultancy operations.
• Proven track record of on-time and on-budget project delivery.
• Strong understanding of construction and real estate project lifecycles.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency in project management software and relevant industry tools.
