A newly established Lubricant Blending Company dully incorporated under the Companies and Allied Matters Act of 1990 at the Corporate Affairs Commission of Nigeria to offer Production and Sales of Lubricant products is recruiting suitable candidates to fill the position below:

Job Title: Customer Support Officer

Location: Kano

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Science, Engineering, Humanities & relevant fields.
• Must have a minimum of 2 years' experience in a Customer Support role.
• Proven track record in a customer service role, preferably in oil and gas.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-focused mindset.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Empathy, patience, and a genuine desire to assist customers.
• Computer proficiency especially in the use of MS Office applications.
• Good use of IT tools.
