A newly established Lubricant Blending Company dully incorporated under the Companies and Allied Matters Act of 1990 at the Corporate Affairs Commission of Nigeria to offer Production and Sales of Lubricant products is recruiting suitable candidates to fill the position below:

Job Title: Shift Supervisor - Blending and Filing

Location: Kano

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Chemistry, Science, or equivalent, or experience in lieu of a degree.
• Minimum 7-10 years' experience in the field of Production of lubricants or similar process chemicals industry.
• In-depth knowledge of production processes and management with HSSE as the prime front.
• Good knowledge of international and local codes and standards.
• Knowledge of lubricants operations and technology preferred.
• Knowledge on MES (Manufacturing Execution System).
• Proficient in analyzing complex situations and troubleshooting day-to-day operational challenges effectively to ensure continuous production flow.
• Strong interpersonal skills.
• Display a proactive and solutions-oriented mindset, capable of objectively evaluating options and scenarios to identify and address issues before they escalate.
• Ability to adapt quickly to changes.
• Quality management and ISO standard as preference.
• Proficient knowledge and usage of MS Office Package.
